Tebogo Motingwa (Managing Director)

Having ascended to this role as a strong vote of confidence from the Board of Directors, who recognized his capability to steer the company toward sustainable growth amid evolving market dynamics both locally and regionally. His appointment reflects the Director’s firm belief in his strategic leadership, industry insight, and ability to transform the business in a competitive and rapidly changing agricultural landscape.

Prior to his current role, Tebogo served as Sales Director, where he was instrumental in driving Crosscorn’s market share through the cultivation of strong relationships with key stakeholders across the value chain.

He is an experienced agronomist, having begun his career in government as a Frontline Extension Officer, a role he held for seven years before joining Crosscorn in 2015. Tebogo holds a B-Tech Degree in Agricultural Management, which underpins his practical and strategic approach to agribusiness development.

 

Molebatsi Lekhori (Sales & Agronomy Manager)

An agricultural professional with 8+ years of experience and a BSc Degree in Agriculture, Molebatsi specializes in soil science, nutrient and crop management, and seed production. He is certified in Agrochemicals Management and skilled in data analysis, plant physiology, and sustainable farming practices that maximize yield and quality with minimal environmental impact.

At Crosscorn, he leads seed sales and marketing department, provides technical support to farmers, inspects production sites, and oversees seed processing to ensure safety and compliance. His strong leadership and communication skills help him connect research to results in the field.

Molebatsi`s work has helped subsistence farmers in Barolong and Ngwaketse Districts dramatically increase production from 10bgs/ha to over 20 bags/ha for maize and cowpeas, with some maize growers achieving 80 bags/ha. This feat is being rolled out to other farming communities across the country through collaborating with government agronomists and extension officers.

Glenda Craig (Financial Manager)

With nearly three decades of experience in Botswana’s business landscape, Glenda Craig has built her career around helping organisations bring clarity, structure, and confidence to their finances. As Financial Manager for Crosscorn , she combines a strong South African professional foundation with over 27 years of living and working in Botswana. This has given her both technical expertise and a deep appreciation for a business culture shaped by trust, respect, and strong relationships.

Working in Botswana has reinforced the importance of understanding people as well as numbers. She values operating in an environment where collaboration, accountability, and long-term thinking play a central role in business success.

Her work focuses on delivering tailored accounting and financial management solutions that support better decision-making. Her particular strength is in analysing complex financial information, identifying patterns, creating systems that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and long-term stability.

Beyond the numbers, she’s mindful of the broader role businesses play in supporting communities and contributing to sustainable growth. She’s known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, easily approachable, energetic nature, and she’s also passionate about helping others succeed by strengthening the financial foundations that support lasting success.
