FOUNDED ON PASSION:

Cobus Campher is the Chief Operating Officer, and he has played an important role in planning and implementing the first Hybrid Maize Seed production in Botswana, and he oversees the day to day running of Crosscorn.

Having grown up on a farm, he is accustomed to operating in culturally diverse settings and employs excellent leadership and communication skills. He holds a Diploma in Agriculture (B. Technologiae – Cum Laude).

Tebogo Motingwa is the Sales Director, and his main purpose is to improve Crosscorn’s market share through enhanced relationships with relevant stakeholders. He is an experienced agronomist having worked for government as a front line extension officer for seven years, before joining Crosscorn in 2015. Tebogo holds a B-Tech Degree in Agricultural Management.

Lesley Egan is the Finance Director, and has vast experience in the financial sector having worked in companies in Zimbabwe, UK and Botswana.

The board of directors is completed by a Non Executive Director, Christopher L. Rogers who was appointed in 2015 and is based in Morocco. Chris grew up in Africa and has more that 40 years of living and working in many countries, mostly with Citibank, while holding senior positions and developing high profile joint venture projects across the continent. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington DC. Chris is also a Director of Scipion Capital Ltd.
